  1. No Automatic Refunds

Since our services are activated immediately upon purchase and grant access to digital content, we do not offer automatic refunds after successful delivery.

  1. When You May Be Eligible for a Refund

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a partial or full refund in the following cases:

  • The service could not be activated within 48 hours of purchase, despite valid customer information.
  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription.
  • A payment error, with proof of double charge.
  1. No Refunds for:
  • User misconfiguration (e.g., incorrect app or device settings).
  • Change of mind after activation.
  • Poor internet connection from the customer’s side.
  • Use of incompatible or blocked devices.
  • Complaints about channel content beyond our control (e.g., channels being offline or temporarily unavailable).
  1. How to Submit a Refund Request

Send an email to contact@veevotv.com within 7 days of purchase with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Clear reason for the request

We will respond to each request within 1-3 business days.

  1. Processing Time

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

  1. Subscription Cancellation

An active subscription will not automatically renew. You can cancel your subscription at any time via email or the contact form. However, there is no refund for any unused remaining subscription time.
